Open ear inserts, or Skeletons, as they are commonly referred to, are the most comfortable ear insert on the market. If you have a surveillance ear bud stuck in your ear all day than a Skeleton is a MUST. Our Skeletons are totally interchangeable on all Surveillance kits. When ordering please specify S, M or L, Right on Left. Most people will use a Medium.
